Sunday May 11th is both Mother’s Day AND Pentecost (the Birthday of the Church, see Acts 2).

So wear as much RED as possible. We’ll start the service with greetings in many languages ("mother tongues," get it?) as a reminder of the Day of Pentecost when people of many lands heard God’s great deeds told so they could understand - no matter WHAT they spoke as a "mother tongue." And we’ll be honoring mothers, of course. Come fill up a pew with family and generations.
