Enrollment and Withdraw Policy

Enrollment:

 

1. * Applicant must be appropriately 3 or 4 years of age by Sept. 30, 2008 in order to attend such class, and be toilet trained.

2. * Applicant must have a completed application form on file.

3. * Applicant must have paid the non refundable $50 enrollment fee.

4.  Applicant must show a valid proof of birth or birth certificate to be copied for our records before the start of the school year.

5.  Applicant must provide proof of vaccines required by state law to attend school prior to start of school year.

6.  If classes are full and we are unable to place your child, you will be notified and your child will be placed on a waiting list.  No registration fee is required if you are on the waiting list.

7.  Peace UMC members and students presently enrolled as well as siblings of current and past students will have priority to enroll in the next year’s classes.

 

Withdraw:

 

In the event that a parent decides to remove a child from the program for any reason , the preschool requires a 2 week notice of such action.  Since we are a non-profit organization, we ask for the courtesy notice so that we have the opportunity to fill the position.  If the child’s attendance or 2 week notice follows over to another month during the school year, you are responsible for the tuition for that month.   There will be no pro-rating of tuition.
