The primary purpose of United Methodist Men is to declare the centrality of Christ in the lives of men and in all their relationships. Accordingly, the Virginia Conference United Methodist Men’s Cabinet works with the local church men’s groups, and other district organizations, in developing programs to meet the needs and interests of men of all ages.  

The mission of the General  Commission on United Methodist Men is to assist men to know Jesus Christ, to serve Him, to grow spiritually and seek daily to do his will. 

Peace Church's United Methodist Men (UMM) is a group of men who meet once a month in fellowship to discuss concerns for Peace and the community.  Our meetings are usually every second Saturday at the church at 8:00 a.m.  Breakfast is usually served.  Contact Jeff Standring at (540) 834-0404 or via email at jstluvali@aol.com  for further information.  Jeff is the current president of the UMM.
